This sign was acquired by its previous owner from Chateau Sonoma in Sonoma California. CS is a French Antique store with pieces imported from France. Its part of a large collection this client had.
We’re not sure of its exact age, but it appears to have wear for a vintage / antique sign. It has a great look to it, even if it isn’t exactly as old as it wants to be. It has evidence of repairs, and some paint color loss. It appears it may have been sealed with a protective coating to prevent further paint loss.
Its quite heavy and has French cleats for hanging due to its significant weight.
