Early 20th C Painting Signed Freeman 29"H x 25"W
This piece comes from us from a fine art storage facility in NYC where it had been in art storage for the past 12 years. This is a fantastic piece that has caught the eye of many while hanging behind our showroom counter. It is signed, however we are unsure of the artist full name. The stamping of the canvas stretcher bar on the back dates it to ANCO, INC in Glendale Long Island. They have been in business since 1904. This label is of the older period and pre 1950. This was originally in the possession of a CEO of a major fashion company and we acquired it through the co-founder of the company as they were relocating their business. When asked for provenance the owner was unsure of when or where he purchased it.
